About Alpe d'Huez
Alpe d'Huez is one of France's most iconic ski resorts, often referred to as "The Island in the Sun" thanks to its 300 days of sunshine per year. The resort is part of the Grand Domaine Ski area and offers more than 250 kilometers of slopes, ranging from wide beginner-friendly runs to challenging black pistes.
Among its highlights is the legendary Sarenne, the world's longest black run at 16 kilometers – a true bucket-list experience for skiers. Situated at 1,860 meters with slopes reaching up to 3,330 meters at the summit of Pic Blanc, the ski area benefits from reliable snow conditions.
